Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 1 September 2024.

1. Promotion Eligibility

1.a. The promotion is strictly limited to the first 20 eligible customers..
1.b. Eligibility is restricted to new clients (“First-Engagement Customers”) with whom Activ8 BN Digital Solutions has not previously entered into any project or service agreement.

2. Promotion Period

2.a. This promotion is valid from 1st September 2024 until 5:00 PM on 8th October 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
2.b. Activ8 BN Digital Solutions reserves the right to terminate or modify the promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable laws.

3. Discount Details

3.a. Eligible customers will receive an 8% discount on all services offered by Activ8 BN Digital Solutions.
3.b. The total discount applicable per customer is capped at BND 5,000.
3.c. All financial transactions under this promotion will be conducted in Brunei Dollars (BND).

4. Service Coverage

4.a. The promotion applies to all digital services provided by Activ8 BN Digital Solutions during the Promotion Period.

5. Payment Terms

5.a. Payments to qualify for the promotion must be made via bank transfers, check payments, or cash.
5.b. To secure the discount, customers must submit the following on or before 5:00 PM, 8th October 2024:

5.b.i. A signed copy of the issued quotation.
5.b.ii. A valid purchase order (PO).
5.b.iii. The required down payment as specified in the quotation.

6. Refund Policy

6.a. Customers are entitled to a full refund only if the project has not commenced.
6.b. No refunds will be issued if the project has commenced, irrespective of the stage of completion
6.c. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with Activ8 BN Digital Solutions’ standard refund policies.

7. Geographical Restrictions

7.a. This promotion is available exclusively to legally registered businesses operating within Brunei Darussalam.
7.b. Proof of business registration may be required to verify eligibility.

8. General Conditions

8.a. Activ8 BN Digital Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, terminate the promotion, or make any other changes to the promotion at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
8.b. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
8.c. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brunei Darussalam.
